Arctic Cooling Accelero Mono Plus Universal VGA Cooler 120MM Fan W/ Ramsinks
Cons:Noisy over 1000rpm

Pros:Great performancePrice is okay after PM
Comment:
Installed on my Asus GTX 660 non-ti, idle around 30C and 52C under load. If I use the 12v or 7v adapter, it's not quiet at all. When plugged directly in the video card, the fan stays around 500rpm idle and around 900rpm load. It's not silent but noise is fine under 1000rpm.

Arctic Cooling Accelero Mono Plus Universal VGA Cooler 120MM Fan W/ Ramsinks
Cons:Thermal adhesiveToo much thermal paste

Pros:QuietEasy to installPossible to fit 120mm fan with zipties
Comment:
Bought this to add quiet cooling to my gtx460. The fan seems to be good quality with no vibration, it uses a hydro dynamic bearing which sound smoother than a ball bearing style fan.Arctic Cooling rates this cooler at 200 watts cooling capacity, it handles my gtx460 just fine which has a 160 watt TDP. With ambient room temp at 22c it never exceeds 50c with 100% gpu usage. I have it plugged into the videocard pwm fan header which is bios programmed to run at 30%, so the cooler spins around 900 rpm, actually it never goes higher than 30% even when under heavy load. The amount of thermal paste pre-applied to the base is excessive, on cards with an exposed gpu die you pretty much have to scrape most of it off.Get some thermal tape if you buy this and intend to use the ramsinks. The removable adhesive paste takes forever to set, and the ramsinks can still move around a bit after it cures.

Arctic Cooling Accelero Mono Plus Universal VGA Cooler 120MM Fan W/ Ramsinks
Cons:-Included paste for ram sinks.-Poor included instructions.-Tall, but I expected that.

Pros:-Quiet-card runs significantly cooler under load.-surprisingly light.
Comment:
Bought this to replace the worst cooling fan ever installed onto a video card (Power Color 6870*). It made clicking noises and mooed like crazy at the W7 desktop and generally drove me up the wall. After install the card idles at 35 degrees and tops out at 45-50, dead quiet the whole time.I am very happy with the end result but it was a bit of a fight to get there:The included instructions are useless and confusing with steps scattered all over a folded paper in no particular order, better ones are available on the AC website. Make sure you print them out from the site before tearing apart your video card though I am sure most people have access to a laptop or something aside from the computer that's going under the knife. The glue/paste that came with it for the ram sinks wasn't confidence inspiring but that may be by design as it's supposed to be easy to remove. I even let it cure for a good 16 hours but I didn't trust it to hold the heat sinks on upside down in the case for several years, they still moved around easily when touched. I got some Arctic Silver thermal glue and used that instead (after lots of cleaning). I was much happier with the more permanent result and strongly suggest anyone planning to install this fan do the same. Maybe I was just unlucky or did something wrong, but it was a horrible waste of time. This would be an easy 5 if it wasn't for the instructions/paste.*8800GT may have been worse

Arctic Cooling Accelero Mono Plus Universal VGA Cooler 120MM Fan W/ Ramsinks
Cons:None, really

Pros:- Effective cooling- Quiet operation- Doesn't take up more space than stock two-slot coolers
Comment:
I installed this on a Radeon HD 6850 that has a TDP of 130 W. It keeps the card to 70°C under load, with Overdrive enabled. Its fan is very quiet at idle, and even under load it's barely noticeable, which is exactly why I replaced the stock cooler in the first place.
