Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:
sticky, doesn't spread well, similar performance to generic
Pros: cheap ($2.99 on sale), conducts heat Comment:
Perhaps I didn't apply the ceramique correctly, but I was not too impressed. After reading a review that suggested this compound performed best when spread in a thin later, I attempted to spread it onto my CPU with a piece of a plastic card. Also, when I removed the heatsink from the CPU after a few days, it yanked the AMD chip out of the socket. It's really sticky stuff. In hindsight, maybe it would have been better to go with the "grain of rice" method. Anyway, it worked as well as a mysterious tube of generic heatsink compound that someone gave me. A few days later, I got a Noctua HSF that came with the Noctua thermal compound, and I like it much better. I'll probably give the ceramique another try, however, in the near future. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:
none
Pros: Inexpensive, works fine. Comment:
I used this on some new coolers I just purchased and it works fine. What can I say, it does what it says it does. I can't compare temps with older paste since these coolers are brand new. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:
none
Pros: Easy to spread, Non conductive and safe, provides good cooling Comment:
Got this for $3 cause they were sold out of MX2 but I was pleasantly surprised that this gave me great performance.I actually used this on my GPU: a ATI 4870, because the default thermal paste stuff was terrible and I had overheating. Went from idle temps of 70-80C to 60C idle. My load temps were up to 90-98C, now I'll play BC2 vietnam at high res and get 68C on load.Great value! |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:
Expensive not on sale
Pros: Inexpensive (on sale), high quality, easy application Comment:
I have been using this product along with other Arctic Silver compounds for many years and have yet to be disappointed with the exception of needing it when it's not on sale. If you catch it on sale - grab a few, it never goes bad if you don't open it!Make sure that you seal the product effectively if you don't use it often!Great cooling performance - it's better than what ships as a stick on pad, but don't expect miracles. Lowers idle temps from stock heat sinks ~10C, and load temps about ~20C. Again - not miracles, but very nice :) |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:Can be a little hard to get a nice thin coat
Pros:Does a commendable job Comment:
I found this thermal paste to perform well enough. It was a big of a pain to spread but that is really no big deal. For $3.99 you really cant go wrong |

This is an excellent product, it applies easily and will not conduct if you make a mess. It will go on thick and the ooze out to create a perfect fit. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:There are better thermal compounds out there.
Pros:Not electrically conductive; cools almost as well as Arctic Silver 5; maintains efficiency over a longer period of time than AS5; cheap! Comment:
I love Ceramique. The fact that it is non-electrically-conductive is a huge bonus for me. There are a lot of areas to apply thermal compound where a conductive material such as Arctic Silver 5 would not be safe.I generally stick to AS5 for my CPU, while I swap it for Ceramique for anything else. It's great, especially considering how cheap it is. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound

Pros:Works wellcheapnon-conductive Comment:
Well this pretty much does what it advertises. Works well on GPUs and chipsets. You can price match it for really cheap as well. Might not be the best out there but it does its job. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:Little on the thick side.
Pros:Better than stock pad.Non conductive. Comment:
I've got this on my 7900GS [Zalman VF-900Cu, OC'd 600/1600] and on my e4400 [L2 Revision, OC'd to 2.66Ghz], and boy it helps. Right now on my CPU's stock heatsink and fan, I'm idling at 24 degrees, and hits about 45 durring gaming. I'm upgrading to an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro at the end of the week, so we'll see how that helps too. I'd definitely reccommend this to someone who's using it on anything. I personally like it better than AS5. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:None
Pros:Does a very good job to lower temps. Easy to apply. Doesn't separate like silver compounds. One tube will last for many applications. Comment:
I've used ceramique for a few years and I really prefer it to silver based TIM. I use a small dab (about half the size of a grain of rice) on the surface of the heatspreader and another small dab on the surface of the heatsink. I spread the TIM around the surface till it is spread thin and even. You are good to go! :) |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:none
Pros:Very good, almost as good as Arctic 5, none electricity conductive. Comment:
Its funny how some web sites and people claim rediculous temperature drops on their systems. I'm running a high overclock system at 4.26 from 2.5 on a pentium4-d but i've seen only marginal improvement on my system 0.5-1.0deg at best, mind you I have a very efficient liquid cooling setup, with a large aluminum case and 6 quiet fans blasting the stuff, so maby thats what it is. If you need a none conductive paste by all means this stuff is great, but no miracle worker. But if you're a liquid cooler like myself than go for a none conductive liquid as a sure bet. This is still the good stuff from the best, hi regards. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:only available in small quantities
Pros:cheapeffective Comment:
Been using this on every processor I have installed for last couple years and it has always working great. On my high end system (which I overclock), it lowered my CPU temps up to 10C. I recommend this to anyone, whether you o/c or not |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:hard to spread, a little more expensive than others
Pros:lowers temp of CPU tons Comment:
This thermal compound lowered the temp of my CPU by 12 degrees centigrade. I was astounded by how well it worked, and I have not run my computer for 300 hours yet so I know it hasnt reached its full potential. Actually evryday the temps keep getting lower. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:a little goopy, goes on thick
Pros:Drops temps nicely Comment:
A great product, cools nicely. However, I prefer AS-5 over this. Not to say that this stuff isn't great. Of course, it's better than nothing, and better than those useless wax pads you get with most OEM heatsinks. Still, I would personally spend the extra couple of dollars on arctic silver. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:none yet
Pros:Non Conductive Comment:
I keep it around for those times when I have to swap CPU's on friends systems. It's non-conductive so theres no worries if some were to glob out onto something important. Does what it's supposed to do safely. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:none
Pros:cool down my system, you can be a little messy :) Comment:
It works as promised, cools down my sytem by at least a couple of degrees. As always you have to be careful about applying a very thin layer. You don't have to be as carefull as other compound as this is a ceramic compound. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:None so far.
Pros:Easy to install.Great reliability. Comment:
This thermal compound is just great. Applied it on p4 2.4 northwood and got 3-4 C temp drops. Now on full load with stock cooling and no case fans, my max cpu temp is 43 C!!!! which is great compared to 47 C before while gaming. I could try overclocking it but i'm not an overclocker. Great value! |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:Bit too thick
Pros:Works as well as, if not better than, AS-5 in almost all aspectsGood price for the product Comment:
It works very well, but i noticed that it goes on fairly thick initially so it will require some spreading (if you have a spreading tool... if not use a plastic spoon/plastic knife).Umm what else... k, other than the thickness it is an all round decent product, i'd recommend it but i personally use AS-5 now. Either way, they work great~ |

I am using this with a stock 775 heatsink and fan and three additional fans for a 2.8 prescott and it runs at a nice sub 40 for the most part. Seems to be doing the trick. |

Arctic Silver Ceramique Premium High Density Thermal Compound
Cons:price
Pros:easy to apply, lowers cpu temps Comment:
Easy to apply, and cpu temps are a few degrees lower than they were with the standard compound that comes with an Intel cpu. What more can you ask for? |
I compared expensive and cheap thermal pastes before and the difference was 1 or 2 degrees only, so may as well just buy this, PM it and it is so cheap I just bought 3
