This unit works well but the software that comes with it does not work well at all, at least it doesn't with my setup. You will want to capture uncompressed avi using virtualdub or something else, I mention it since it works very well and is free. You will want a lot of space since the uncopressed files are over a GB per min but this is what you will want to work with or convert to DVD. |
There was a linux driver for this and if you follow some steps on linuxtv you can make it work, but it will not work for capture.
