Azio GM2400 Black 6 Buttons 1 X Wheel USB Wired 2400DPI Optical Gaming Mouse
Cons:Imperfect finishSeems like it will scratchNo indicator for DPI setting, no software
Pros:Well proportioned and properly weightedVery nice braided cordNice style Comment:
As far as I know there is no software. I looked on their website and didn't see any for this model.I bought this mouse to replace my inexpensive and inaccurate Logitech work mouse. I thought this looked a good bargain. It was $19 plus $8 to ship plus tax. Low risk purchase given the price but I feel like I got a good deal. I won't be using this for gaming but it feels like it would be totally fine for that kind of application. The cord on it reminds me of my much more expensive Razer mouse but it is lighter and more flexible which I like. I thought it might be a little short at 60" but it is just right for my setup. The mouse functions well. Very smooth and accurate pointer movement even with the Windows plug-and-play default driver. You can toggle the DPI setting with a button on the mouse but the only indicator you have for what setting you're on is the pointer movement itself. Not sure if it stays on the last setting after reboot. The matte finish is good for resisting fingerprints but the left button has a grainy area which I think is an imperfection in the finish. I would try to scratch it off but I think it would damage the finish so I'm going to have to ignore my OCD and leave it as is. Still comfortable to hold. I'm a righty but the mouse is symmetrical so it should be fine for either hand. I also have pretty large hands and it is the right size for me.Happy with this purchase. NCIX/Purolator Express shipping worked very well as I ordered and received this mouse within 24-hours. Positive experience all around. |

This is my first good gaming mouse, and so far, I'm completely satisfied. I bought this on a sale for $20, so i feel like I got the best bang for my buck. |
The mouse is very good for the price and doesn't have any deal-breaking flaws. Unfortunately it does have an annoyingly bright LED light that can't be turned off and persists even when your PC is powered off.*One MAJOR problem I had at first is the mouse either clipping onto the mousepad surface, jumping around the screen, or just being generally inaccurate. If you have this issue PEEL OFF THE STICKER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUSE. It's placed poorly and "bunches' up. The shoddy sticker placement made the mouse feel godawful at first, but after peeling it off everything works flawlessly.
