This is a well made usb hub. It has 7 ports there is no indicator of which port is being used. connected it to my laptop without any problem. The power cord is a bit short but it doesn't bother me as none of the devices I connect to the hub require extra power. Overall a great product. |

-cannot turn lights off-2.0 for the price, 3.0 is coming out with around same price range soon.
Pros: -7 ports-works both powered and not, good for quick use or to charge accessories without using PSU-cool blue lights Comment:
Works without plugging the ext power, good for portability. Non-switch-off-able lights a bit bright but turn the port upside down gives great lighting. A deal at not full price. |

Cons:why doesn't anybody make a hub that can be fixed to a desk with a clamp, or with screw holes?

It does what it is supposed to do. Well constructed, but all hubs are dependent on the cables for positioning (or twisting, falling off the desk etc). This one is a bit heavier and looks nicer than the cheaper one I have, but for the price it would have been nice to get a piece of double-sided adhesive or something. |

The shiny black casing has two blue led's at both sides of the hub,it looks great.Seven usb ports should be enough for most people.I have a friend that tried to cheap out on a usb hub and twice blew them out.It was two different brands that he tried.He seen mine and went with the same one and voila..no more problems for him.Mine has lasted over a year without a hiccup.You can take it from this statement that you get a solid usb hub for a decent price. |
Tout est là pour un Hub usb qui répondra à tous vos besoins. L'adaptateur 'ca' est fournit et optionel car le Hub fonctionne avec ou sans. La lumière bleue émise par les DEL est trop puissante, j'ai seulement mis le Hub à l'envers sur mon bureau et tout est ok.Everything you need from a usb hub. It will meet all your needs. The 'ca' adapter comes with it but it's optional because the hub can work with or without. The blue light from LED is too powerful, i put the hub upside down on my desk.
