BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:Not the best range compared to some other adapters out there. Blue LED can be annoying. Pairing button on the adapter does nothing without installing the included software.
Pros:Small size, Plug and Play - Compatible with the stock Windows and OSX Bluetooth Stack. |

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:
So small you might lose it!
Pros: Bluetooth for the desktop is awesome Comment:
It works, adding bluetooth to the desktop, used it with a number pad. Pretty much all I can say, easy to install and works great. Not sure how great the signal strength is however. |

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:
-Could be more solidly built
Pros: -Useful-Small Comment:
What to say? It adds Bluetooth functionnality to your desktop. It's small but the construction could've been more solid. It's made out of plastic and if you ever step on it by mistake, it's gone. Otherwise small and cheap. |

Great Form Factor
Comment:
I bought the Belkin Mini Adapter to replace the internal unit that had fried on my Dell Laptop. The small form factor was the major consideration. The unit works as described. Install was easy and without complication. Delivery was lightening fast. |

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:
one file at the time only!
Pros: Pretty small Comment:
I bought this thinking you could browse your cell phone as in explorer, but you can only send one file at the time. However, it's relatively great using it for audio/headphones. You get some noises though. |

Good value for the money
Comment:
I had a couple of false starts with the device that had more to do with Vista's quirky Bluetooth behavior than the device itself. I downloaded the newest driver package from Belkin, as some of reviews suggested. It started working immediately after that. I now have the path to migrating from an old Dell laptop to a new Acer well mapped out. It's a very solid product. |

BELKIN F8T016 Mini Bluetooth Adapter
Cons:
- Bright blue blinking light
Pros: - Small and Lightweight- Works well Comment:
Make sure to locate and use the latest drivers/software (which are a bit tough to find on the Belkin site). Searching Belkin for the part number F8T016 will get you right to the drivers though. The blinking blue light drives me to distraction. I used a sharpie to black out that part of the dongle. I use it with my laptop that has a usb port on the side. When using it with the mouse, every mouse movement causes the blue light on the top of the dongle to flash. It would be fine if I had a port on the back of the laptop to hide it behind the screen. |

Lose the wires
Comment:
As a truck driver I needed to get rid of all the wires going to my phone, printer and other devices. However I still needed to maintain an internet connection to my laptop. This device does all it says it does and not only that increased my connect speed by 3 times faster than a USB connection. It does what it says it does and for the money can't go wrong. Easy setup for smart phones and much more. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone. |

A snap to install and use
Comment:
I purchased this to use my cell phone as a Bluetooth modem for my laptop. Installed it without a hitch and then found out my phone service doesn't support using the phone as a modem! Darn! Be sure to check that if you're trying to do the same thing. |

Had to work a little
Comment:
I had to first figure out why it wouldn't work then find the proper drivers. Vista does not come with profiles for Bluetooth headsets out of the box. Installing the updated Belkin drivers did no good. I had to find and install the Widcomm Bluetooth drivers to make it work. Since then it's been stellar. Will work out of the box for mice and keyboards but anything else will require an update. |

Best Product and Deal Ever!!
Comment:
I received a wireless mouse for my new laptop for Christmas and saw it was bluetooth and my computer isn't. I googled the product and saw that at your company it was more than $10 cheaper than anywhere and was even cheaper after adding the shipping. I received it very fast and it is a wonderful product. I am very pleased with the product. I also like the fact that it is small and does not get in the way! I highly recommend it!!! |

Does not work with Windows 7
Comment:
I plugged it in and it seemed to connect to my Samsung gravity for a minute but then nothing worked and I have an error in Device Manager saying the driver is not installed. I even downloaded the Driver from broadcom like another person recommended but still nothing. I did not see a win7 driver on the belkin web page for this device. My advice is to stay away from this if you have windows 7. |

It will run on Windows 7
Comment:
This adapter will run under Windows 7 and Windows 7 64bit, but you have to download the drivers from Broadcom. They should have included the drivers on the CD. I had to search for them. |

Comment:
Excellent product. I can connect with my plantronics headset, samsung phone, motorola headset, and spare laptop . I had issues streaming music through my plantronics headset though, but I was able to work around the issue. Its an excellent buy for the reduced price of 17 dollars. Belkin also tends to hav great tech support. |

Good deal
Comment:
It works great with syncing up to my motorola phone and my bluetooth headset that was originally intended to work with the phone. I now use the headset to chat on line since now I don't have to be tethered down by a cord. Signal is great, range is good and will go through several walls before losing quality. Can't beat the price. As with anything, you may wish to look up compatibility with your devices before you purchase. |

Works Just Great!
Comment:
I'm using this on my Windows 7 64-bit OS. I needed to get it to enable my Palm Treo 700p to talk with my computer (Palm does not support 64-bit). I am really happy with how well it has worked. With a little tweaking, I was able to get it set up with the Palm software and now all I have to do to sync the Treo is press the HotSync button anywhere near the computer. |
I purchased this for my Media Centre system to replace the relatively large Microsoft dongle that came with my Entertainment Desktop 7000. Much to my surprise, it's range is at least double that of the Microsoft adapter - at a tiny fraction of it's size. Performance on the mouse and keyboard seems to be flawless up to about 12ft away. The dongle is compatible with the default stack in Windows 7. I also tried it on my archaic Apple Powerbook Titanium and it was recognized immediately by Mac OS 10.4.
