Best Card I Have Ever Used
Comment:
What can I possibly say about this card that others havent? This card exceeds everything I have come to expect from you-know-who. Size and power consumption is something you must pay close attention to. Other than that you will without a doubt be happy with this card. The price is also reasonable.I would recommend this card to anyone looking for a major performance boost.

This video card is best ever.
Comment:
I got this video card to replace my evga e-GeForce 8800 GTS. This BFGGTX260 Overclocked Maxcore 896MB Video Card is just wonderfull. Power supply is Mushkin enhanced 580 watts & Quad Core 2 processor Q6600. I installed the video card, run the setup disc & never looked back. My games never looked or run so good as they do now & this vido card runs alot cooler than my old 8800 gts. I love it, Thanks TigerDirect. P.S. everything looks so nice on my HD H-P 22inch. moniter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

awesome card
Comment:
Am running 2 of these in sli, they both run cool and quiet even at full load. Max settings on almost every game out there, cod4mw1&2, crysis, far cry, except for flight simulator x which seems to lag a lil with everything maxed.

Love this card!
Comment:
I use this card at home for gaming and it easily runs all my games (including Modern Warfare 2, Crysis, etc) at 1920 x 1080. I just recently bought this card for my work machine (graphic design). Much less expensive and does just as good as a job as those expensive workstation cards. :)

Holy Crap!
Comment:
Good grief! Hot damn! Seriously, I was NOT expecting such an improvement, but I'm getting twice the framerate on most of my games with this card than I was with my old 8800, not too mention I'm cranking them all at the highest settings possible. And the fan isn't nearly as loud as my old card, yet it still runs nice and cool. However, if you're buying this card after updating your OS to Windows 7, don't forget to update your BIOS. In most cases, you're going to need to if you want it to work properly.

Worth the price
Comment:
Expensive but worth it. Has not burped, hiccuped, or even blinked with any game I have thrown at it. Mass Effect, CoD: MW2, Dragon Age: Origins and Fallout 3. Runs quiet and cool, the factory OC settings are nice, no need to clock higher unless your an elitist.

BFG Tech GeForce GTX 260 BFGEGTX260MC896OCDE Video Card
Cons:Big and heavy. Requires extra two 6pin power input.

Pros:Fast resolution change speed, no lag. Cheap since i bought when it was on sale (only 149.98 + tax -25 dollars for MIR), Life time warranty if registered within 30 days.
Comment:
When I first bought it, it broke after using it for 2 hours because my power supply was way below requirement(i didn't know). But luckily NCIX replaced with a new graphic card for me (of course I didn't tell them I broke it since they didn't ask). so I bought new power supply at NCIX as a little thank.I really hate mail in rebate items its so much work but I want my 25 dollars so I am going to do it -_-;;I have 19 inch LCD monitor, so my highest resolution is 1280X 1000 something so virtually I can't find any game that actually lags (even on highest setting).Unless you have really big monitor (like 23inch or higher) you probably won't need any graphic card that's better than this one.By the way, I use E6550 CPU(2.4 Ghz Dual 2 core) and I have no problem playing games , it only takes longer to load the game at first. So for gamers out there, spend more money on graphic card than CPU XD(then u can buy cheap motherboards too!!)I am giving 5 star because I got this graphic card on super grand opening sale and it was so cheaponly 149.98 dollars + tax and I get 25 dollars back from MIR. BFG Tech GeForce GTX 260 BFGEGTX260MC896OCDE Video Card
Cons:no dvi-i

Pros:good balance between price and performancegood support from bfg
Comment:
This is a great card for those who don't want to spend too much on buying high end video cards. The sales price+rebate makes it really worth it. My card has idle temp of around 40C. No problem playing most games on high settings.

BFG Tech GeForce GTX 260 BFGEGTX260MC896OCDE Video Card
Cons:The card will downclock automatically when idle(but there's fix to prevent)My GPU clock only up to 586 Mhz. Not 590 as advertised.(monitored by Everest Ultimate).

Pros:The card will downclock automatically when idleThis 10.5" long card fits my Coolermaster CM690 nicely.$150 after MIR=Best bang for the buck in the fall of 2009?
Comment:
First, don't forget to peel off the plastic wrap protection on the front side of the card. There's also a small one on the side of the card. For game performance, see hardwarecannucks.. etc.The card will downclock automatically when idle or not under heavy load. GPU core clock; shader clock: memory clockPerformance 3D 586 1296 999LowPower3D 400 799 297Standard 2D 301 602 100I only tested BF2, it goes up to full speed with no problem. But with application like Adobe Lightroom, it only stays at the lowest 2D speed that make performance significantly slow especially like cropping the full size photos. Some said it may cause problems in games going from low to max speed.Bear Pusher kindly shows me how to prevent it from downclocking. It works. http://forums.ncix.com/forums/?mode=showthread&forum=116&threadid=2083476&pagenumber=1&msgcount=13&subpage=14 star only because BFG owe me 4 Mhz :PPS: My 4 y/o BFG 7800GT OC is still working well. Will buy BFG again.

Not for small cases
Comment:
Card is great value, amazing graphics and most importantly it is quiet. The fan will ramp up as needed but is not annoying like most cards. Be warned though, this card extends more than an inch from a full size ATX motherboard. I had to cut out a piece of the hard drive cage to make it fit! It has two 6 pin power connectors and I had to feed both of them before I got video, it only comes with one 4 pin molex adaptor so you may need another if you have an older power supply. Overall a great card.

BFG Tech GeForce GTX 260 BFGEGTX260MC896OCDE Video Card
Cons:First card i got died within a week, but this second one works beautifully.

Pros:Very powerful at 1680x1050. Runs crysis at high/ very high. Runs cool for the most part.
Comment:
This card was a giant step up from my 8800GTS 320mb. The 896mb of ram is great for higher resolutions. My first card ran fine for about a week, but then games would crash immediately after loading and there would be extremely bad artifacting even in Windows (with the Aero interface enabled). I thought it was overheating, but since i have 2 monitors, i usually play with coretemp running on monitor 2, the card never went over 74 degrees while playing Crysis Wars. I got my new GTX 260 back from NCIX in 2 weeks and I'm very satisfied with it. Runs everything on the highest settings (with the exception of crysis which is high/ very high) and 30+ fps. It runs CoD4: MW at 90/91 constantly with rare dips to 50fps.
