Great for old hyperthreading PC's
Comment:
I replaced another brands video card that could not handle my old P4's hyperthreading. It kept locking up and giving me a BSD. They said the driver was bad. I say NO, the hardware was bad. I was suggested to by many forums to use anything made by N-Vida. They don't have any issues here. Now I am sold. The card is very solid in performance and I can use my hyperthreading. YEAH!

Cost Effective Upgrade
Comment:
I Installed this on an old ASRock K7 motherboard. 1.8ghz. The antiquated AGP slot came alive and with a new 400w power supply, 1gb additional DDR333 RAM I have a new computer Win7 ready, DirectX 10 ready, Gaming competitive(WOW)all this for less than 150. Very stable, very dependable.

Good Card
Comment:
Good card for the price. AGP cards are getting harder to find, and this one will help upgrade aging machines.

Best AGP card for the money
Comment:
Its a great AGP card for the money. And N-Vidia updates there drivers at least. I have an ATI card that i payed twice as much for and have a hell of a time getting drivers for it, so i gave up on it and bought this. This plays Sims 3 with the settings cranked all the way up. And had no problems installing it and getting it to work with XP

Works great on Windows XP home now
Comment:
I was worried when I first started looking for a card for my older set up, as I use Windows XP on it and AGP slot. Some of the reviews were saying that XP did not work for them. The Company has fixed that problem and the new drivers will work now. I have installed the card using the cd that came with it and it had the latest driver on it to start with. Thanks BFG for fixing the problem.

Worked for Media Center PC on HDTV
Comment:
I purchased this card to put into an old computer I got free from work for the purposes of hooking it up to a 50 inch full 1080p HDTV. The computer is a 2.6 GHz with 2 GB RAM and an older motherboard requiring an AGP video card. The card installed without a problem on Windows XP and after getting a DVI to HDMI connector I was able to hook it up to the TV. It looks great and does the job I purchased it for relatively inexpensively, so I am very satisfied with the product. I ran a couple NVIDIA demos which looked alright but I haven't tested it for gaming, but web browsing and movie watching are good.

Fair!
Comment:
I bought this card to replace an old gf 64mb card. The system is a 2.4 P4, 1GB ram memory, My download speed is 30million bits per second. I can't watch hd you tube videos online without it being jerky. This is why I upgraded to this card. Very disappointing! My other computer, with a gf pci 256 mb card has no problems with the same videos. I can't see a difference between the 64mb and 512mb cards!

Great card at great value!
Comment:
I purchased two of these cards, one for our PC and one for our daughter's. She has the Petz sports game which didn't work with any of our previous video cards. It works great with the GeForce. The card was simple to install with Windows XP. This card is a great value for the price...I definitely would purchase again!

Good Value.

I'm using this card in an older HP machine (Windows 7 opertaing system),to replace the intergrated intel card. No suprises with hardward installation. Windows 7 downloaded drivers and installed corretly. It took a whopping 15 minutes to do hardware and software installtion. Now I can run 7 the way it's supposed to (with clear looks).

Good Product
Comment:
I had a short in my old card, if you bumped the terminal - you lost all video send. I ordered the card, installed it, downloaded the software that came with it. Works fine! Problem corrected. Note, after installing the software - I checked for any updates - and there was a complete update for this product. So after you install the software - update the software. (I run XP) Good Price :)

Upgrade a sucess, very happy
Comment:
Upgraded from a 5200 series Nvidia and this is a great improvement. Still not prepared for PCI-E, as all memory and most peripherals will need to be replaced, so this and a slight upgrade in CPU has breathed new life into my system. Hopefully I'll be able to get through another year or two. If your stuck with a low budget and AGP, this is a worthwhile upgrade.

Great card for older systems.
Comment:
I'm usually a Radeon fan, but after two attempts of fooling with their terrible driver platform, I decided to give Nvidia a shot. Worked perfectly right out the box. Im running a older AMD 2.16 GHz, with 1.5 GB of ram. Outputs perfectly to a new Samsung 1080 monitor. WOW plays at low settings at 60 fps, don't play any other games... yet, but the next system i build is going to be media, game based. Great for AGP. Anything more and I think my processor would just bottleneck it.

I couldn't properly review this item because it didn't work at all. Perhaps it doesn't with Windows XP.
