BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:-A bit on the small side
Pros:-Comfortable shape-Ambidextrious Comment:
The mouse is very light. This is a great entry-level gaming mouse. It features only the bare minimum required to play in an FPS: Left, wheel, and right buttons. Nothing more, nothing less. This mouse was very comfortable to use even though it was ambidestrious. I feel it could have been a bit bigger and I have small hands. The tracking for this mouse is reliable. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:light, glossy, small
Pros:cheap, sensitive, comfortable Comment:
for $20 it's a fantastic deal, i'm not sure about $50. it's a bit light but i got used to it quickly. the glossy finish gets greasy and dirty very quickly and is not the white that it appears in the picture. its more like the silver of the sansei. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:-button problems-the braided cable is nice, but very stiff
Pros:-decent shape-tracking seems accurate Comment:
I've heard good things about SteelSeries' mice, so I picked this up on sale. It usually works fine, but the left button has an annoying issue - if I press "too far" from the center of the button, there is a click (both audio and tactile) but it will not activate the switch underneath...Waiting around for something to happen and then realizing the command was never received is pretty frustrating. The right button works as expected, so I'm assuming I got a dud. Other than that, it works admirably - no weird boot issues (*cough*Mionix*cough*), no lag, and the integrated DPI control works without installing drivers.Overall, a decent mouse if you're not looking to try something other than MS/Logitech. I would recommend the Sensei model instead though - I confused the two and ordered this by mistake. I have no idea why anyone would want a mouse without forward/back buttons in this day and age, but least it has a scroll-wheel! This review was modfied by poster @ 01-25-14 03:25 PM |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:None.
Pros:Awesome mouse. Comment:
At the promo price, it's such a good deal. Compared with other generic mouse at the price range (10~20 dollars), it's a LOT better. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:It's a normal standard mouse
Pros:Fit my hand, smooth, light weight Comment:
Good stuff, working good so far. Bought it at $20 for my work desk to replace old mouse, simply worth it. It's more like silver in colour instead of white (as shown in picture) and shining a bit. Also it's easy to clean that way. Love it. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:Not Ergo
Pros:CostWeight Comment:
Nice price for a basic mouse. $19.99 on sale. Tracks well cord is nice. Plug and play so very nice bought it for work since they weren't willing to replace the one I had at my desk. $20 bucks for a more comfortable mouse I use 7hrs a day more then worth the money. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:software is huge. 45MB for Steelseries Engine
Pros:Good price for a steelseries product Comment:
A really nice steelseries mouse for only $19.99. It's slim but not too small. The size should be perfect for most people. Plugged it in and it's good to go. I went on their website and looked for some sort of update or software. Only found this SteelSeries Engine for 45MB. Read the release notes and figured it's only for some minor fix, prrobably not worth to download it. There isn't any programmable button on this mouse anyways. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:Expensive p regular price
Pros:Good trackingAmbidextrous design Comment:
Nice mouse, got it for $20 on sale. Buttons are not as hair-trigger as I would have liked, but it's a nice minimalistic design with good tracking and perfect for those with small/medium sized hands using a claw/fingertip grip.Be aware that the mouse you're getting will probably be the black/silver edition (with a glossy finish) as opposed to the matte all-grey design shown in the picture. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:no thumb button
Pros:Solid and very responsive. Comment:
Love this mouse. I have this and a Razor Naga connected to my machine, and I much prefer the Kinzu. I switch to the Naga for gaming because I need the extra buttons, but for regular use, this mouse is so comfortable and responsive that I just bought another one to use at the office. For $35, its a steal. |

BLACKDIAMOND 10K CABLE MGMT
Cons:Cannot store profiles on the mouse.
Pros:Lightweight and minimalistic. Great sensor. Perfect RTS mouse. Comment:
I'll take the Kinzu V2 Pro over the Abyssus as my RTS mouse of choice. Amazing shape for claw-grip. This mouse is a tool, not a toy. I've had a fair bit of experience with this mouse in an FPS context as well. The mouse handles high acceleration well and delivers consistent performance. The inability to save DPI profiles on the mouse is a minor irritant, but should not be a problem for most users. |
I was just getting back into gaming and needed a recommendation on a good mouse. A seasoned gamer friend of mine recommended this as a starting point and it just happened to be on sale. I was considering something much more expensive, but wasn't sure which direction to go. His advice, "Try the Kinzu and decide what you do and don't like about it." Well the performance is great (good polling rate etc) and it's simple, which I wanted since it doubles as my work mouse (I don't want a crazy mmo mouse while programming). After 3 months I'm sticking with this mouse. I'll be upgrading my keyboard again (to an even more expensive mechanical) before I upgrade the mouse. The pictures don't do the materials justice. It looks cheap in pics but feels quite good. Tops is glassy smooth with ruberized/soft touch plastic sides (similar to back of nexus 5).It is a fairly small mouse, which is good for me (medium hands and it's perfect). If you have huge baseball mitt sized hands it probably would be too small.
