I had someone recommend the Brother products to me for their ease of use and cost of operating. I have had this unit for a couple of weeks now and since I took it out of the box it has worked flawlessly, I am using it on my home network with wired and wireless machines and have had no problems. The multifunctions (scanner-fax-printer) just work. It is fairly quiet to operate. I would recommend this product to someone that needs colour laser capabilities with all in one functionality. Finally, this company was great to deal with, I had the machine two days after ordering and their pricing was the best around. Their shipping costs were a little high but the cost of the machine offset that a bit.
