This is my first labeler purchase and it was for my wife as she is a teacher. Right out of the box, this thing was a cinch to use. The label cassettes are super easy to use and install. The keyboard is good size and very easy to understand. Definitely worth the money! No complaints except it is a big large, if that's a concern to you, but being that size makes it that much easier to use. The labels are very clear and with this model, can be printed quite large!
