Behringer Eurolive VS1520 - 600 Watt Passive PA Monitor Speaker
Cons:
Can only play sound from one source (aux jack or main cable, not both) at a time.
Pros: Inexpensive, Decent sounding, good looking. |

Good Value for the Price
Comment:
The features are great: the set uses a speaker plug, not a USB plug; the on-off, volume, tone buttons are on the front as well as plugs for a headset and auxiliary sound. As others have mentioned, the sound quality is not the best, fine for voice, but doesn't handle music as well as I would like. For my purposes a good value. |

Altec Lansing VS1520 2-Piece Speaker System
Comment:
Not impressed with these speakers, they look good, but the performance is not there. Very disappointed, will be looking for another set. |

Surprisingly Good Audio
Comment:
I was not expecting much sound quality at this price level, but needed some feedback to my computing experience. When I played the first MP3, I said to my colleague: Wow, these speakers have great dynamic range and 'punch' for this cost level I would recommend these for the casual non-audiophile user. Quality of looks and package were great. |

OK but no homerun
Comment:
Speakers have poor base response. I've heard similar or better sound for cheaper. Altec Lansing may have a good name but these are not as good as some of their other speakers. construction and design are good just need more low end |

Average at best
Comment:
Speakers have no base whatsoever. I've heard similar or better sound from $5 cheapies. Altec Lansing may have a good name but these are an excuse for speakers. It's as though they wanted to offer a low end product and slapped their name on the first thing they came across. |

Behringer Eurolive VS1520 - 600 Watt Passive PA Monitor Speaker
Cons:Very ordinary sound quality
Pros:Slim and good looking, headphone jack Comment:
You get the sound quality you pay for with terrific look in a compact design. Would recommend if you need basic sound functionality and design matters. The headphone jack is a nice extra. |

Good speakers for the Price
Comment:
I bought these speakers for my 6 year old grandson's computer. They work perfect for his needs and game playing. I even played a CD and they sounded good. |
Just needed a cheap but not terrible sounding set of speakers, and since I've never been disappointed with Altec Lansing I gave these a go. I am surprised at how good these sound (note: I am not in any way an audiophile, but I do like my music). Beyond that, I literally received these less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Win/win, for sure.
