I really like the design of this and was excited. It fit my 17 inch laptop easy and was VERY comfortable on the lap. I heard that the fans had trouble in the older Belkin products but thought they would have fixed that in the newer models. I was wrong. After 2 days of use the fan is VERY loud especially at startup. The USB jack on the cord is long and is just asking to be bent or broken. Too bad the fan is junk or this would be a great setup overall.

Got this for my laptop to keep it from getting too hot and shutting down! Tested it on my favorite game that usually shuts it down after the 1st or 2nd level. I was able to play as long as I want and my laptop never even got hot! And I love the style with the raised flap underneath. This is a really great product!
