Cons:Warranty. You need to contact BenQ within 10 days of BUYING. Don't care if shipping takes 2 weeks. If not registered within 10 days you won't be getting that warranty.No DVI cable

This monitor is really nice. When I first started using it it took me a while to adjust. I would get frequent headaches even after changing refresh rates. Using a 20" monitor is a big jump for me as I have been using laptop screens for the past 7 years (15.4", 13.3", 11.6").I am giving this 3 stars due to the way that BenQ offers the warranty. Registering within 10 days of purchase is a very small window. 30 days is understandable, not 10. Also you can't even register the warranty online, the site doesn't work properly and it is difficult to contact someone in Customer Service. |

I just got this baby for $109! How the heck can you go wrong with an LED monitor for so cheap that is 20"! I was so impressed with the monitors color representation. I actually downgraded in size from a 24" LCD to this and I'm very impressed. Blows my old monitor out of the water which was actually quite nice as well.This is the first screen where I've actually turned the brightness down!Fantastic product, if you are on a budget or don't quite have a powerful enough machine to play games in true HD (1920x1080) drop down to a 1600x900 or smaller monitor like this one. You won't be disappointed. |
