BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:At $100 free shipped there're no cons.
Pros:Bright, vivid and sharp. Gamma control is a nice feature also. Comment:
Played some MKV and MP4 vids looks very good, played some fps games also very good.Sad to say but the benq mva is better to look at than the ultrasharp 24" 1080p ips panel.$90-100 you can't do much better.Controls would've been better at the bottom right corner instead of the lower side but not a big deal. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:No Cons
Pros:Brilliant Image Quality Comment:
Upscaled content looks very impressive as well. 720p videos look nearly as impressive as 1080 with no signs of dithering or patches appearing. DVD quality content of course isn’t as accurate, but colours look good and it’s still a decent panel for movie playback. Photos look good and there’s little sign of banding, which we were expecting to find. We also noticed that the backlighting wasn’t even all throughout with faint patches in some areas of the screen, especially in the corners. Viewing angles are pretty impressive with only brightness taking a slight hit. Colours appear close to normal from the sides. Being a VA panel, there’s almost no visible input lag, which is good if you’re using the monitor for gaming. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:-No DVI cable included-Moderate backlight bleed even at lower brightness levels. Always heard MVA was great for blacks, but they're quite bright on this.
Pros:-Cheap-MVA-No dead/stuck pixels-Don't notice any ghosting-LED is nice too. Don't have the CCFL warmup delay or have to worry about excessive power cycling. 25W power consumption isn't bad, either.;) Comment:
I'm not sure what I expected for $110, but I'm pretty happy with this monitor. Not using it myself, but it looked good during initial setup. Plugged into HDMI->DVI cable and that was pretty much all I had to do. Didn't notice any ghosting while scrolling. No dead pixels. Haven't knowingly used an MVA/PVA panel before, so I can't comment on its relative quality. No DVI cable; just the useless DB15 that probably costs the same to manufacture. cmon! Someone said the stand was flimsy, but that's definitely not the case. No screws, but the monitor is pretty light. great for office use, movies, whatever. Panel is an AU Optronics M215HW02, if you're comparing different brands. This seems to consistently be the cheapest 1920x1080 in the 21"+ category. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:Stand is wobbly and unstable
Pros:1080p 21inch at $90 from a good brand is not common. Comment:
Part of a budget build for a family member. Besides the wobbly base, the screen looks quite pleasing to the eye. Not for hardcore use but is more than sufficient for casual users. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:Awkward placement of power button on side of monitor
Pros:Great Price and Easy setup Comment:
Picked up 2 of these in a boxing day bundle deal to replace 2 19-inch monitors. Great picture for everyday computing needs. The only gripe is that the power button is on the right side of the monitor instead of the bottom which make turning them on and off manually a pain. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:positioning of adjustment button at the right side of the monitor requires shifting of body to master. Not as big deal as you seldom have to do it again.
Pros:LED technology. Quality monitor. Comment:
got it for $90. Monitor is sharp. Color vivid. Can't compare with the 18" it replaced. Is being used mainly for surfing the net and for work. Actually is good budget monitor for video and light gaming also. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:Doesn't come with DVI cable
Pros:High Contrast, Great Colours, A-MVA panel, Cheap Price Comment:
I'll leave this short. If you see this on sale for 99$ or 109$ as I did, then pick this up. It's a great budget monitor and an even better monitor if you're looking for a secondary monitor.Colour reproduction is amazing, text is crisp and clear. It's better than my one year old 300$ Samsung TFT monitor. I can't recommend this enough really. You won't find anything comparable in this price range. It even competes with more expensive monitors. PS: This does not have HDMI. Some reviews I saw said it did, it was hard to confirm. It's not a problem since I am using DVI anyway though. |

BenQ GW2250 21.5IN Widescreen LED Monitor 250CD/M2 20M:1 DVI VGA Black 6MS
Cons:Annoying splash screen when turning on.
Pros:Cheap, wall mountable. Comment:
The fact that it was wall mountable is wait drew me to this monitor, it is pretty cheap, the colours look decent. Only downside is every time you turn the monitor on from an off state it has this annoying purple splash screen that you can't turn off. |
Got this thing for a dual monitor setup at work. I didn't have the go ahead to spend a fortune so I went the economy route and got this thing at a good price match. Would buy again, hasn't disappointed or frustrated me yet.
