Cons:-volume is low on iphone compared to turbine copper. because of 80ohm impedance.-need a good audio source to release full potential, again simple physics not the fault of headphone.
Pros:-best headphone i own, out of koss portapro, monster turbine pro copper-the bass can be released fully when using xonar stx sound card, made huge difference-lightweight, excellent build quality, thick cable, nice carrying case-can tell the differnce on different quality music. do not bother with less than 320kbps mp3 and flac.-noise isolation much better than monster turbine copper. had these on so loud was worry about outside hear but asked around says nothing. |
i did 2 weeks of research before buying this headphone.took a while to break in and get used to the sound signature. in the beginning it did not sound better than portapro and pro copper. but after 40 hours it got a lot better without any sound card. then i got the xonar stx. all worries went away. how good it is? spent 12 hours listening to music the next day. the bass is so strong you can feel the pounding. but bass is way more controlled than pro copper (excellent phone too). listen to classical a lot and these are perfect. instruments are so realistic. works awesome for techno. everything else are good too. highly recommended.
