The stock 9-pin internal USB cable (female-female) of my case falls short by about a couple inches. Would have preferred to buy a longer version of such cable. Have been searching for a couple months to no avail. Bought this cable (female-male) as a substitute and it works as expected. |
Bought this to extend the USB front panel on the Bitfenix Prodigy case. The stock cable is long enough to reach the header but In order to hide the cable it needed to be longer. This extension does the job. It's sleeved with a cloth like fabric (paracord?).A few of the pins were bent out of the package, just had to bend it back. Some sort of protective cap would have been nice since it's just packaged in a plastic bag.
