Cons:Loud when run at full speed.

Pros:Moves a LOT of air. One of the best 140mm PWM fans I've found.

Comment:
This is one of the best 140mm PWM fans I've found for the price. Great bang for the buck. Bought a pair of these for case fans because I needed fans that were quiet but could still move a bunch of air.They are definitely quite loud when run at full speed though the noise still might be bearable for some people. However, at about 75% speed they become more tolerable. I will say one thing though, they certainly do move a LOT of air at full speed.
