I bought this because I was building a ITX computer (Lian Li) and I needed to "downstep' to a 120mm for a H40. The thing ended up being too bulky and I didn't use it in the build but it's very sturdy itself regardless. |

After PM this was extremely cheap. An alternative would be the metal plate adapter from koolance which costs a lot more but only adds 1-2mm. Unless you have limited space to mount this adapter this does exactly what it is suppose to do. |

I bought several of these in order to get larger fans for more cooling. All came in good shape and are solid plastic, nothing that would break under stress from the fans. Tight seal around all sides ensuring compatible with 120mm and 140mm fans and cases. |

This works great,I was stuck trying to put a filter on my intake for the CPU cooler 120mm H70. The stock bolts just were too big and left a 2mm gap all around the filter originally so i got the adapter and just used regular fan screws to mount filter to mounting adapter .Feels cheap and it is but the quality is good enough for what you need it for. |

It does what its advertised to do. I wanted to use a higher RPM 120mm for my intake, but my case's default intake was for a 140. It works great and now I can get that high RPM that most 140mm don't have. |

I wanted to use up my last Sythe GT 1850RPM (I have 6.) fan in the bottom of my 800D so I had to buy this to make it work, and boy does it. If you need an adaptor this one does the trick. |
