I purchased this phone as i have always been a blackberry fan. Everything was better then what i expected, but the reception was not on par with my other blackberries, therefor this phone isnt really used. Dont know if it is just a defective one, but rim has good costumer service, so i will be sending it out .Otherwise, its great.
