hand set is flimsy and small

Other than the hand set, the printer is a great buy, i own 2 brother printers from the earlier models and they are awesome to have, not expensive on cartridges and prints high quality photos, looks the same quality as the professional photo shop does. The touch screen is an bonus, works well with all the on screen menu and what can i say, if you have a digital camera and no computer and your tired of going to the store to make your pictures, you can use this printer without a computer and make your photos all at the comfort of your own home, my father has one printer with his digital camera, but he hates computers but he loves his printer.
