Cons:Lost connection 3 times in the past few months.

Pros:Works even behind firewall.Easy to use.Good support.

It works great on everywhere, every PC. No problem behind firewall, router...Very easy to setup. It lost connection 3 times in the past few months but just need to power cycle it, works again.Their support reply fast with 2 hours which is very good. Really did give you good advice to solve the problem.
