This USB device did not plug and play with Vista, the driver and documentation was difficult to find on the CD, the new driver link in the CD documentation did not work, and Cables Unlimited will not support products purchased from TigerDirect. After 60 minutes I was able to install the USB cable and the printer. It worked! I said a prayer of thanksgiving to God, because he was more helpful than the documentation. Don't buy this device if you are a beginner in computers.
