CANON FAXPHONE L120 LASER FAX/PRNT

I have owned this fax machine for about 3 months now. Bought this for my home office and haven't been doing much faxing yet, and so I'm still on the first toner cart. The manual says its good for about 1000 pages or so.Two issues I had were I can't get the machine to distinguish an incoming fax from an incoming phone call. So, if I put the receiving mode as automatic, it will turn on even if its a phone call, which is kind of inconvenient. Next, the ring tone is really loud to the point of annoying, and I can't find a way to lower it down or turn it off entirely.On the positive side, the L120 scans and faxes pretty fast. It also prints 12 pages per minute though it seems faster. It also has a phone on the side, so you get an extra pickup for free.
