This was the first and only time and only time I will ever buy a Coolmax PSU. The mail in rebate never came back. Just 8 months after a fresh build with all top of line produces, I returned home from work to find this POS power supply dead as a door nail. I will say it did run ok while it did work but 8 months is a really short life span. From reading the more recent reviews I'm not alone. My next attempt a good power supply should be showing up in the mail today with an Ultra X4 1050. Save your money and buy something that will last.

This is a great PS for anybody with a lot of devices or to support future expansion. If you need more of any type of connector you just plug in another cable of that type into the sockets in the back of the PS. The price is equivalent to the 300w supplies on the selves of the retail stores in my area.

After 6 months of use, this power supply won't even turn on. Not recommended.

Replaced a 950 watt psu with this 1200. Nice setup with being able to plug in additional power cables as needed. Works well.

REBATE YOU GOT TO THINK ABOUT IT.I WILL NEVER EVER BUY COOLMAX AGAIN.I SHOULD LISTEN TO MY FRIEND THAT LOOK AT REVIEW AT NEWEG-- SELLER.DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT REBATE,THEY WILL TRICK YOU.WHY I SEND ALL THE STUFF THEY NEEDED.THEN THEY SAID WE DIDNT RECEIVE THE ---.I SAID YOU BETTER BE KIDDING.SO I SEND THE EMAIL ,NOT RESPOND FROM THEM.SO IF YOU GUYS WANT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT REBATE,DO SO.CHECK WHERE THE COMPANY FROM AND MADE.

Just rebuilt entire computer, plugged in power supply and everything ran at extremely slow speed, wouldn't even boot up. next time I tried to turn it on, nothing at all. Returned it and got different one , turned it on and everything works perfectly.

I replaced my bfg 1000 watt power supply,With this coolmax i love it.It is huge,fits my 900 antec case very well,The power supply has all the power that all those high end video cards love,I cant say enough about this power supply,I love it

Overall this seems alike a good product but I specifically ordered this unit because the cable diagram indicated that it had both a 24+8P AND 20+4 pin motherboard connections. The unit I received only had the 24 pin

This thing is a monster, I was required to remove my USB ports to make it fit. It worked for about 2 hours on 220v and quit. It is working on 110, but that requires more power than I have a converter for. I am going to replace it with a thermaltake
