CORSAIR DOMINATOR 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory
Comment:
I got 16Gb of 4x4Gb Corsair Dominator ram for much less than acquiring two packages of 2x4Gb Dominator + a cooling Fan! The funny thing is that on a Windows 7 Pro 64bit Computer w/ a 6 core AMD Phoneme II I have yet to get past 8Gb of ram usage! So her is to 2x the amount of RAM I need to have for a great cost. None for me, but I have a full tower case with plenty of room. If you have a smaller case, or your mother board has only a couple of fan connecters then you might run into issues with the cooling fan. I am slightly annoyed that half my order came from CA (and less than 50 miles from my residence) and the RAM cam from NJ. So I had my Computer all together except the RAM for 2 days.

Comment:
Nice ram had had zero difficulties therefore far.. None Had to get rid of 1 cooling fin when fitting a Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler... not a massive deal I guess and certainly could not use the fan that came with the ram either

Comment:
Ordered it yesterday, received it currently! And no, I didn't specify rush order or overnight shipping. Its great to reside across the Hudson River from Newegg's NJ warehouse!Memory worked proper out of the box. Though it was challenging to open up space to reach the sockets. I didn't realize how tight it is inside my new box (Dell Studio XPS 7100 with a large AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5870 taking considerably of the tiny space). Had to disconnect a lot of cables and considerably to my surprise this new Dell has every little thing bolted into location unlike quite a few modern situations that have swift-release system for most of it. Is it okay to run this memory without the cooling fan?Like I said, it is extremely tight inside my box. I couldn't locate a power plug to plug the fan unit in, and even if I did, it would need major surgery to open up enough space in there for me to get enough clearance to bolt the fan unit on. Would like to hear back from a person at Corsair on regardless of whether it is safe to leave off the fan. So far so superior. Yes, I did have some difficulties, but all due to the Dell case. Decided to buy the full pc since it was on sale and less expensive than building a new 1 and it came with a warranty (ũ,500 for 6-core processor, leading of the line video card, wireless keyboard and mouse, and 24" monitor). Didn't realize it would be so tight inside the case. -1 to Dell, Ư to each Corsair and Newegg.

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory
Cons: - Optional cooling fan might get in the way if you have a big CPU heatsink

Pros: - 16 GB RAM- Good for overclocking- Comes w/an optional cooling fan
Comment:
This is my first time buying Corsair RAM & I must say that I'm impressed! This RAM is high quality & the heatsinks are excellent. The cooling fan helps quite a bit as well. I had some problems getting the optional cooling fan to sit properly on the RAM due to my Zalman CNPS9500 CPU heatsink. The optional fan had to sit RIGHT next to the CPU heatsink with no room in between (causing the Zalman heatsink to be MUCH louder than normal). I ended up ditching the Zalman CPU heatsink & went with a CoolIT heatsink. The fan now fits perfectly in place.

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory
Cons: High cost of RAM

Pros: Provides the maximum 16 GB of RAM available for use with my Intel Core i5 760 CPU and motherboard.Includes the airflow fan, which I did not expect.
Comment:
I wanted to max out of DIMM slots and memory capacity for a system I was building. When the G Skills weren't in stock, I changed my order to this. Does the job without any problems so far. Worked fine out of the box. Includes the RAM cooling fan that mounts on top.
