CORSAIR Flash Voyager 8GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
Cons:-A little long-A little bulky (can rub/push against others in tight areas)
Pros:-USB 3.0-Not bad price Comment:
-Great for what I use it for-Haven't tested out speeds but i'm not constantly using it (just for storage)-Haven't had any compatability issues except for when I try to boot linux off of my usb 3.0 port. Only boots when on a usb 2.0 port. This is probably a driver issue on someone else's side. |

CORSAIR Flash Voyager 8GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
Cons:Appears to have compatibility problems, because it will only work in one of two computers I have tested it..
Pros:None that I could come up with. Comment:
First unit was dead on arrival. It gave constant read/write errors. The replacement unit loads/unloads constantly in my desktop (Windows 7, 64 bit)and ATTO cannot bench mark it because it can't find the unit or loses it part way through. Works OK in USB 3.0 in my laptop (Vista, 32 bit), but it benchmarks slower (max write of 12 MB/S)than a USB 2.0 Sandisk Cruzer in USB 2.0 port (max write 15 MB/S)that I tested in the same computer. Both computers have NEC USB controllers with up to date drivers. Corsair support has been no help and did not indicate whether or not this was a common problem (they did offer to repace the unit, but given I'm responsible for shipping, I think I'll write this on off as a bad experience and move on). |

CORSAIR Flash Voyager 8GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
Cons:a little in the long department.
Pros:usb 3.0, fast, rubber construction, cheap (on sale) Comment:
bought 2 on sale for 14.99 each and its pretty cool having a sub 3 drive in the palm of your hand, speeds are great much faster than the usb 2 spec, problem is not everyone has usb 3 so the speeds are dramatically slower on usb 2, but whatever, not everyone had usb right away so its just a transition era right now. |

CORSAIR Flash Voyager 8GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
Cons:
Kind of big in comparison to most USB Drives, but I actually don't mind that all that much.
Pros: Durable BuildFastGood Price Comment:
Got it on sale and when actually using it in a 3.0 port its awesome and very quick, obvious downfall is when taking it to work or school to use they don't have 3.0 USB ports and it is just a regular USB stick. |
I got this on boxing day for $3.99. Best deal ever! USB 3.0 Super Speed (SS) and 8GB of flash storage, can't for wrong for that price! I love it. Love the rubbery feel of it, although different material could have been used instead of the eraser like rubber. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Should this usb go down to this price again, I will not hesitate to buy more than one.
