Corsair 7 year warranty + fantastic consumer support.Rounded and flat cables.Modular.80 Plus Gold.Good looks.Very quiet fan (does not turn on unless below load). My Corsair HX620 really squeals, whines, buzzes, ticks, whatever you want to call it. It is that annoying electrical like noise that happens under certain circumstances such as folding, playing certain games, and other graphical intensive applications. This AX750 also has the exact same symptoms, but just a tad quieter.Looks like Seasonic PSUs just are not compatible with my create (look below) and my build is really typical...I am not a PSU engineer, but high quality is surely lacking somewhere in this PSU. Main pc components:Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3PIntel E8400OCZ 120GB Vertex SSDXFX 5850 1GBI left the AX750 out of the case so I can pinpoint the sounds to the PSU.I have also attempted it at yet another residence and with/without diverse UPSes.For me it squeals / buzzes when folding, playing Starcraft two, Unigen Heaven (especially the ending screen), and slightly in furmark.I RMAed the 1st AX750 with Newegg only to come across the 2nd also makes noise.I can RMA with Corsair for a third bout, but it is extremely unlikely it will solve my issue.

Cables are all black, the ones with out sleeves are flat and look good. Easy to use, came with lots of zip ties and a cool badge. This one came with two small bags, one cloth 1 and a kinda firm plastic one that the cables came in. Every thing about this PSU reaks of top quality, the box could be dropped from a two story developing and I bet it would perform fine since of the high excellent of shipping. No genuine cons. Price is high, but i really feel like I got what I paid for. I actually like this PSU. It was great to install and the full modular style made cable management super effortless. I have only used Corsair and I don't see any cause not to obtain them again. Super efficient and quiet. PC Saver really should re-evaluate his/her profession. Becoming able to read and comprehend is a necessity to function with PC's. When 1 does not read or even look at other evaluations, they finish up spending a bunch of time and income RMA'ing good power supplies. PC Savers, your tech level is now 1.

CORSAIR Professional Series Gold AX750 (CMPSU-750AX) 750W Power Supply
Cons:none

Pros:one of the best psu
Comment:
I bought this on discount and I think this is the best invested I've made so far in my PC. I mean you probably would change your cpu, mobo, gpu every two year. But having a nice psu, you will never need to replace it again. In fact this psu has 8 yrs warranty, and it is made by one of the best psu manufacture - seasonic. A one time investment is really worth it isn't it?

Clean, stable, steady energy. Modular option is extremely excellent for cable routing. Like the touches on the packaging - the satchel and bag for storing unused power cables. I would have liked to see a different set of PCI'e cables. I went SLI, and ended up having to use the molex -> 6 pin PCIe adapters supplied by video card manufacturer. Also, the eps 12v cable is a bit short. I'm utilizing the PS with the Obsidian 800D, it was a genuine #%!^) to get the 12v cable in. An inch or two of added length would have made a enormous difference - seems a bit short-sighted to include a cable that's a trifle short for 1 of your own merchandise.

A lot of cables included for anything you want to hook up. Includes two 8 pin CPU power plugs for server boards and whatever else needs them. I could not hear this thing at all operating dual Xeons and 2 hard drives. The included storage pouch is extremely good for keeping the spare cables secure. none This is the initial modular energy supply I've seen where the principal 24 pin connector was also modular. Not genuinely any superior reason for it to be like that, but I thought it was cool.

Extremely quiet, good efficiency. Overkill to have the primary power connector modular. I utilised this to replace an eightyninebuck antec earthwatts. Antec makes good energy supplies but you surely get some thing additional for the added $$ here. I measured with a wattmeter just before and following and the corsair gold utilizes 𞳆 at idle compared to 180 for antec, 250 at load compared to 300.

This is the quietest PS I've ever owned. Rock solid and stable. The fan only runs when it wants to, I was a bit concerned when I initial turned it on and it wasn't turning, but it came on a few minutes later. I had to appear to see that it was spinning, as it was nonetheless too quiet to hear. As a few other individuals have commented, the modular connectors are Incredibly tight and take a bit of effort to fully insert. This is now my second develop working with a Corsair PS. I had applied a CMPSU-750TX on my final construct with an X58 board and a i7-930. I gave that laptop or computer to my son last month and built a 2600k Sandy Bridge and Almost ordered that exact PS - at the final second I poked around on the Corsair PS's on the NewEgg web page and decided to pay a bit much more for this one because it was modular and I like tidy cables. I would have been pleased with either 1, although. Corsair rocks!

Works like a champ. Runs everything no sweat and the modular design coupled with the cable management of the 600T case makes for a very Spartan looking interior. No problems with running anything, its more than enough for the build I have. The packaging and box contents are rather impressive, they really put in some effort to make you feel good about the purchase.
