Cons:Not very overclockable. 4Mhz over can cause memory errors to surface. Memory timings must be set manually to CL2 in some boards such as KV8 Pro. I Had issues with memory errors but a quick RMA replacement solved it. Be sure to perform a memtest86 upon bootup before loading your operating system on any new set of ram from this company!
Pros:Built In heatsink, DDR400, 1GB modules, comes as a pair. Good compatibility with older motherboards. Comment:
For running a quiet yet efficient Socket 754 board this is one of the better choices. The built in heatsink reduces memory errors and increases stability while reducing the need for more cooling fans. Be sure to perform a memtest86 upon bootup before loading your operating system on any new set of ram from this company! |

Absolutely love this RAM! I was running 1GB of Corsair XMS RAM with CL2 timings, but one stick died. After year away from the system (AMD 3700+ S939) I figured I could revive it with a quick upgrade. No noticeable difference between CL3 and CL2 timings and the price is right compared to other performance DDR PC-3200 2GB kits. It's a shame that 2GB of DDR RAM cost the same as 8GB of DDR3, but such is electronic life at the end of the bell curve. If you need DDR PC-3200 RAM look no further...this is it. |

i use this memory in my old amd 939 4200 dual core its done me well it is good for over clock to the speed i have my cpu at the thing i just dont like the timings are a bit rough but still very good i recomend this memory |
Best ram I have bought, highend or value ram, alway great!!!have had at least 5 sets of Corsair from SDram to DDR2. Will be buying DDR3 on my next build!
