I got hooked on the cat 6 cables when I replaced the cat 5 on my sons PC. Sped it up a lot with his vista edition. I got this one for myself with XP. No diff in speed on XP. But I am in the process of a build that will have vista and it will be a big help then. |
Avoid clutter with this 3' cord. I bought this for one of the workstations at work for which the tower is only a couple of feet from the wall. CAT6, can't beat that for when we do decide to upgrade to Gigabit switches and NICs throughout. Great buy, great cost!
