didn't work

The device DVI port didn't work, didn't care to return it because it was cheap. also it seems you need two identical monitors with same resolution to work |
it didnt work as a splitter, i tried this using my mac mini. it does not split the signal, so it will output the same on both. the only way i had it working was if i only had one monitor on when i turned on my computer. then if i wanted to use the other monitor, i would have to shut down, and turn on the other monitor. all in all save your money to buy a usb based video card. this is what i am going to do next
