This strap workd. I put my rubber Crocs on a scoot across the floor and touch metal or light switch and I get nothing, and if I am not wearing it I throw a spark half an inch long. I will be wearing this all winter long. I used to get shocked getting out of my truck, but not anymore. I would have said a 4 on value, but now I think it is worth every cent.
