Perfect Fit
Comment:
This works perfect with my netbook and it's easy to take with. I haven't tried it yet but I bet it will work with a 15 in. notebook. |

Meh

Not great. Fan is weak but then I wasn't planning on using it anyway. Sharp edges all over the aluminum frame. Hard plastic feet instead of rubber mean it slides all over on the desk, and worse the netbook wants to slide off the frame and likely cause damage. Two, very skinny, very small, stick on rubber pads were included. Not nearly enough to help. And I'm sure my fingers would look like I was in a knife fight if I handled it much. Looks like it's a closet filler. Doubt I'll use it unless I take a file to the sharp edges and buy some decent rubber pads to make it work. I should have spent a few dollars more for something better. Not a bargain. Skip it in my opinion. |

I didn't buy this for my Net book, I actually bought it for the stand-alone fan. I needed some extra cooling for the video card in my HP laptop, and this fan fits in the space under my pc when it is sitting on the laptop stand-cooler I have, and puts the extra air right where I need it. Since using this fan, my video card has not over-heated and shut off once. I use the stand that comes with it for my little pc. It's a little bit noisy - if you turn the speed up, but with the variable speed you can adjust for that and it still works well. |
very cheaply made. sharp edges and hard plastic. my netbook slides right off it. the only plus is the movable fan.
