Cables Unlimited - HDMI cable splitter (12 INCHES)

None. It doesn't operate. I was hoping the recent positive testimonials have been an indicator that this was working but I guess not. I tried hooking it up per the instructions and it doesn't function. Attempted with 3 distinct sources, sometimes I got image with no sound, other occasions I just got absolutely nothing.

Practically nothing The item was broken when I opened the plastic wrapping. The metal teeth have been bent suitable when I put the hdmi cable in. The item bent the teeth in the hdmi cable too.

Inexpensive HDMI splitter given that I have only two devices. didn't study a signal on my Toshiba DVD player or my 360 Elite. Seemed as if the connectors had been not deep enough to get suitable connectiviy.

it looks good. no sound or video. it does not operate. i was hoping this would be a low profile expense productive way to split my hdmi port but you get what you pay for and apparently in this case you are paying for a bundle of useless wiring wrapped in plastic with some shiny hdmi inputs.

It was cheap but that is possibly why it doesn't perform. Brought on serious signal degredation. Caused flickering on a single of the TVs. Connections can come out extremely very easily. What I applied it for: From Computer to 47" Vizio LCD with 50FT cable and 32" Proview LCD with 75FT cable. Major flickering on Proview. Connected the 75FT cable directly to Pc and the image was best on the Proview. Used incredibly higher excellent cables. Attempted to go the inexpensive route but you get what you pay for. Do it appropriate and get a powered splitter that is HDCP compliant.

It does what it requirements to do. Low value. I can't get it to work on my ps3 or television mainly due to the fact HDCP. I'd reconmend finding an amp than a splitter

IT operates like I wanted. I had to do mess with the settings of my xbox to get it to play by way of both sources but in the finish every thing worked out. It is kind of cheap feeling and the ports on it are truly tight. It was not as effortless as plug and play but it wasn't also undesirable.

Getting into text in here simply because its essential. DOA item but even with 2 three’ HDMI cables to two Television’s this item does not operate! WOW I was wishfully thinking I would get one that functions. Don't obtain this item it does not operate.

Cheap Did not work as intended I bought this to hook up a projector and LCD Television to the similar supply. When both displays had been hooked up to the splitter I would lose the image, even if the other device was turned off. If just one device was connected to the splitter it would display appropriately, but that kind of defeats the objective. I attempted each resolution which includes 480i without having good results.

modest in size, simple to install, no power required, hides in back of component. does not work, attempting to plug hdmi cable into extremely tough, tv signal conflicts with audible and image. guess you get what you pay for.

Quick shipment Hooked up to Dish PVR. No audio with 1 tv hooked up. No picture with two tvs hooked up. Back to the drawing board. Cablesunlimited internet site said that I need to have a powered splitter for about 贶. Guess I'll stick with coax cable to the second Tv. I was definitely hoping this would work. Too poor the Dish received doesn't have two HDMI outputs. Tried hooking up in the sequence cables suggested, but nonetheless didn't function.

It only worked in 800x600 resolution. Who desires that? This factor sucks. 1) It doesn't function! two) The fact that I had to give it a 1-egg rating. Why not eggs? I bought this to split a signal from my pc to an hdmi monitor and a 40" LCD Television. It doesn't function. There's a powered adapter here on Newegg that I've purchased rather. Don't buy this - it won't function in 99% of the scenarios that you want to use it for. And when I went to get an RMA for a return, the shipping and restocking fee would have left me with a couple of bucks. Incredibly misleading and bad for business, IMO.

I got a new LCD TV in the bedroom, I put this in from the DVR and new cables and now what I have on the DVR is now in the bedroom, the DVR is RF so the remote works just like I am in the living room. Works GREAT!!!!!

Does not work with cable box SA8300HD This is a passive splitter, and wil not work with anything using HDCP.

I connected this splitter to my computer and split to my monitor and my big screen TV. I only planned on connecting one appliance at a time. It didn't work for either function. When I called Cables Unlimited, as directed by your company, they explained it was meant to split from the dual connector side; such as two different feeds (dvd or stereo) into one computer. You're selling it the other way around. Please correct your advertisement

You can definitely get something better... Perhaps it was just mine, but it completely downscaled my video stream to 480p or 720p something below my 1080p. I personally wouldn't buy this again.

This just totally does not work. It will only work if one cable is plugged in at a time. Which basically only makes it a 12 inch extension cable. I've tried with DVD and sat box, and the same result, even after following the semi detailed instructions. I'm really disappointed that they even carry this product, even if it is a refurb. This item gets similar reviews everywhere, even for new units. This is the first time and probably last time that I go against consistently poor reviews and purchase such a bad product. I first thought it was a defective, but dont think so after checking into it. Its not even worth the return shipping back.

This thing didn't even work at all. It cost just as much to ship it as it did to buy it. So it would not be worth sending it back. Stay away from this item at all costs
