Excellent Cat 5e connectors, they work with solid and stranded wire. None! Note that CAT6 connectors generally have a black bar towards the bottom to denote they are CAT6. All clear connectors like these are CAT5.

It is cat5e, so it is produced to deal with up to 1Gbps connections. It is not rated cat6, but it works perfectly with the cat6 cable that I have. I'm getting 950Mbps transfers with these over 40 feet of cat6. None so far.
