This little gadget has finally given my laptop the portable display capabilities that I have been looking for. Now, I can keep this little thing in my bag and always be ready to output to a TV anywhere. The S video to RCA adapter means that I truly can display on anything that has an input. As far as I can see in the few times that I've used it, the quality is excellent and the connectors are stable.

Of course the quality will be the same as a regular rca input if you use the adapter to plug into an rca input. This cable is for those who have an s-video out on their laptop or other device and need to connect to a regular composite rca in. Without the adapter it is the same as any other s-video cable as far as video quality goes. Very versitle cable for the money I reccomend it fully

The Quality of the Video is just the same as composite/RCA video, you can not tell the difference. I have not tried S-video to S-video, just S-video to RCA. The only drawback is that the cable seems to be too weak, but for the price is amazing, The retractable feature is great, you just pull until the desired lenght then pull again and you got a very portable 4''long cable to put in your laptop bag or wherever.Very nice, i just hoping it last long time.
