I recieved the headset. It looked good, features were promissing, and I plugged it in to charge. All was going well until I unplugged it from the charger. The battery was dead. Brand new and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. The company stated that this was a problem, and that they would fix it for me without charge. I mailed it back to them and they are returning a propperly working product to me. Good customer support from the company, bad product. |
The warrantry on this headset is knowone wants to be responsible Battery will not charge their feedback always in ear knowone can understand you when talking and trying to get money back because not wanted know one at your company or call center will help.
