Cons:-The connection between the swivel and the phone holder does not fit properly.-Feels flimsey.

Spent 1/2 hour trying to fit the connect the "phone holder" to the "air vent hook" part. It simply doesn't fit the hole. I ended up wasting 30 minutes to try to loosen up the connecting "hole" by shaving off some of the plastic with a screwdriver. It fits now.Fitting aside, I quite like the spring hold/release mechanism. Unfortunately the spring it feels extremely flimsy and won't last too long. I am also not too keen on how the thing is mounted on my car.Maybe I was just unlucky. If the product worked right out of the box I would have given it 3 stars. There are a lot of adjustment points on this device. This includes a full rotational pivot to angle the phone. The pivot has a screw kind of mechanism to hold whatever position you want to set at. the clip part also can spin (rotate) to adapt to vertical and horizontal vent fins. However, the whole device does feel fragile and I am not sure how long all the parts will last.
