Pros: Sound quality rated good. The rubber ear loop helps it stay secured in the ear. Cons: Plastic bar at the back that connects the volume up and down control buttons is very fragile and broke after only two weeks of use. If you hold it by the sides when inserting into the ear while powered on, you easily hit the multifunction button that wraps around the top and sides and it starts placing calls.
