Cooler Master SF-19 Strike Force Notebook Cooler Model SGA-6000-KKYF1
Cons:unable to turn off fan, only able to slow it down. fan at max speed is really loud. hope for the usb3.0 ports are on the left side.Replacement fan can only be found and ordered through cooler master, and only when warranty is applicable
Pros:usb 3.0, good looks, light weighted, super cooling system, able to turn on/off lights, adjust fan speed. Comment:
pros and cons stays same. heres an update after owning it nearly half a year. the rubber on sides comes off pretty easily, they use sticker to put together the rubber parts and the coolerpad.so far other than that, its still really good. I have eyes on it for a while coz i need extend usb3 port. I didn't buy it at first place is due to the price tag. I bought dlink and siig usb3 hub. They all have same problem, g73sw bios hang when startup with them. Storm SF is like made by asus, it's a great match to g73sw, for the looking, size and more importantly the usb3 hub. g73sw can boot with SF usb3 hub no issue. I am happy with SF. Great build quality. Dual large fan makes it a beast. my g73sw cpu stay around 40c at low load. SF easy cool it off to around 36c. Comparing CM U3, SF is a punch and U3 is scratch. not perferct though. the fancy lighting is useless to me, I'd want a model without it but a lower price. The fan noise is loud with full strength. But half throttle it's fairly quiet.I recommend it to people with large hot laptop, especially g73/4sw owner.
