Cooler Master STB-3T4-E3-GP 4-in-3 Device Module
Comment:
Low-cost way to add 4 much more hard drives to a serverSupplies airflow over drives, in contrast to using 3.five" to 5.25" brackets.Fan is quiet Fan has annoying blue LEDs3-pin to 4-pin converter is inexpensive and the molex pins come outSilver stripe stands out a bitFilter will not be easy to remove and clean I knew what I was finding into when I bought this cage (I read reviews) so I am not knocking it any eggs for the cons. As soon as I got it I took it apart and killed the LEDs on the fan. I also pried off the silver front stripe (its just held on with double sided tape) and hit it with some black spraypaint. This is just going in a residence server so I don't care about looks that considerably, but it was a 5 minute job that produced it far more stealthy. I also just tossed out the dust filter since it will be too tough to clean. I would rather let the dust in my case and blow it out every single 6 months, it would be much less function than removing this cage just to take the filter out. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I feel the fan moves plenty of air for a storage server. A little airflow is far far better than none. |

Cooler Master STB-3T4-E3-GP 4-in-3 Device Module
Cons:Kinda expensive
Pros:Easy to installBlue LED fanFits 4 hard drives in one cage! Comment:
I got two of these put in my Cooler Master ATCS 840 case. I hate the fact that cooler master cases have so many 5.25in drive bays. Who needs 6 5.25in drive bays these days? Most people are using 3.5in drive bays. Anyways I don't need any as my case is only going to be used as a server build so these work perfectly fine. No issues with installing them. Recommended. |

Cooler Master STB-3T4-E3-GP 4-in-3 Device Module
Cons:
- None so far!
Pros: - Solid construction- Rubber mounts to reduce vibration noise from hard drives- Quiet fan to reduce drive temperature- Cheapest 4 drive box solution out there Comment:
I bought this item to add more drives to my unRAID NAS using empty 5.25" vacant slots in my case. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the construction is solid and the installation was a breeze with clear instructions. The included blue led fan is quiet and also helps reduce the hard drive temperature. Unless you need hot-swap capabilities it is a great product. |

Cooler Master STB-3T4-E3-GP 4-in-3 Device Module
Cons:
- fan is the most useless POS I have ever seen. Couldn't blow ash into the wind
Pros: - cheapest 4 HDD bay out there w/ a fan- rubber gromets to reduce vibration- all aluminum construction Comment:
BUY A REPLACEMENT 120mn FAN!!!The fan is the weak point. So bad that I take two stars off. For everything else, it does the job to hold your hard drives snug and various hard drive sizes fit. I replaced the bling POS fan with a scythe 110CFM fan and saw a reduction of 5 degree celcius on each drive and a 1 degree drop for the CPU. |

Best HD cooler ive ever used
Comment:
I purchased one of these for my home PC. My Hard Drive Temps have dropped by 15 degrees even during load! It also gives the front of your case a really sleak look. The Blue LED Fan moves a TON of air. The Lights are not Super Bright, some may like that some may not. I tend to like it. Very Pratical - Great if you need to setup a RAID array and have cool air blowing directly over your Drives. I buy one with every PC I build now. can't say enough good things about this accessory. |

Cooler Master STB-3T4-E3-GP 4-in-3 Device Module
Cons:
One of the blue LED's keeps flickeringQuiet, but weak fan
Pros: Adds hard drive slots.Really quiet fan. Comment:
Added this in not to get the extra hard drives, but to get the extra airflow for my CPU. Unfortunately, the fan equipped in this thing is incredibly weak, so I'm going to have to get a new case fan for it. Overall though, it does look good in my 690, and it does add four new hard drive slots. Just wish the case fan was good as well. |
straightforward to setup, overall high high quality built, works ideal for a tiny UNRAID server none so far
