Bought it for a budget build with a MIR, as long as you watch how much power you're using you shouldn't have any troubles with this PSU. It's even cheaper then when I bought it now at $40 a couple months back

Good power supply for the price. Quietly powers an i3 with a mITX build which is barely audible as it sits on the desk working away. I have been very impressed with Coolermaster's power supplies for the last little while - keep it up!Would recommend again for an entry level build.

I got two of these and one had no problem, the second one, one of the clip broke from the connection. It's not a big issue but it's annoying to have something break. But in the end its a power supply at a great value, makes it possible to make good budget builds.

for the price you cant be happier it powers my gtx 460 really well, its quiet and cables are long enough to reach your set up.

Great power supply for the price, got a phenom II 965 black and Gtx 660 connected to it and have not had one moments trouble with anything! Good value product. would buy again

I purchased two of these PSU's for two budget computers.no complaints so far... voltages are very stable with very little ripple.

I bought this to replace a Corsair CX 400 because I bought a new video card that required a 500 watt ps. I thought being a 525 wattIt would do the job. It's not 525 watts, not even close. It says right on it, that its max power is 408 watts. The corsair says 360 watts with a max peak output of 400 watts. A difference of only 8 watts, not an upgrade. It would be good for a starter/budget build.If you need 500 watts then buy a 600 watt ps.

I bought this for a mid range build. Most people go overboard with there power supplies. 500W is more than enough for most people, this one is the perfect size at a great price point. This PSU is cheap - $35.99 after MIR. The unit is a tad on the loud side, not unbearably loud, but you notice it. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-24-12 10:32 PM
