Cons:-none so far
Pros:-seems relatively quiet-was inexpensive on sale Comment:
I chose this power supply because of its price it was in my friend's budget on sale and heck 600w is enough for a single 6870. Works well and looks good in the 912. |

Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600W ATX 12V V2.3 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan
Cons:doesn't come with special sleeves for wires
Pros:sufficient power, reliable, easy set-up, sleek Comment:
I went through three power supplies lately, an Antec 500W, Visiontek 500W and a PowerColor 600W and these didn't work. I thought it might just be something wrong with my computer but then when I bought this today I was surprised. This thing is amazing. I plugged it in and it worked like my old 500W version of this power supply. It works and it power your 6pin and 8pin GPU. It will also power your 95W+ CPU. And my GPU is an old HD3870X2 so this power supply is powerful enough if you are looking for a reliable power supply that can run your power consuming system.Remember the old specifications you have the higher power it consumes. So if you're building a new system with a high end graphics card this is totally for you. And if you have an old system looking for a new power supply. This Coolermaster is going to surprise you. P.S. - I have a 500W version and it still works it's been two years and no flaws no failures. I definably suggest this to the medium gamer. |

Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600W ATX 12V V2.3 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan
Cons:
not modular
Pros: was very cheap during xmas sale, does the job on a basic system Comment:
replaced a tagen 800 watter in my system (there's a piece of garbage..i've never had a psu die in under 2 years use on a non gaming system before..should have known better). i would always suggest seasonic or silverstone first but i didn't want to drop 100 bucks plus for a pus after xmas. i think this was 49 on sale before rebate.i won't even worry about the rebate at the price. installed easy, it works. and contrary to other reviews you might read, unless there's been a revision, the psu is quiet! |

Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600W ATX 12V V2.3 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan
Cons:-Not Modular
Pros:-Good Price-Lots Of Connections Comment:
This was put in a PC to replace a stock PSU that came with the case. After six months he decided to put a new one. For someone who works with audio, silence is golden and he is very happy with this PSU. My only gripe is that it isn't modular. But if you really want that option then the extra few bucks will be worth it. For him this was a great solution. |

Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600W ATX 12V V2.3 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan
Cons:A boat load of connectors makes for a challenge working inside a tight case
Pros:Super quite. Can hardly hear it's on Comment:
For $60, this is an ideal power supply to stuff inside an HTPC. It's super quite and has no fancy or annoying LEDs. Definitely worth the money. |
I bought this to replace the Corsair 650w I kept from my last build so I could sell my old computer. Works exactly as it should, has 2 PCI-E 6pin cables so to allow for a good GPU expansion. Really haven't had any problems with it at all. The cables fit in very stable and aren't terribly difficult to get out as it sometimes is with other power supplies.
