First off, this is an amazing eco water cooling system, i have my i7 970 l 4.42ghz 1.296VCORE, my temperatures are 30c +/-5 while my load on all cores(+threads) are 75c +/- 3, that is quite amazing considering my old NH-U12P was hitting peaks of 88C. |

Coolit Systems Eco C240 240MM Radiator CPU Water Cooling System Maintenance Free LGA1156/1366 AM3
Cons:
Doesn't come with Amd backplate and Doesn't fit Amd backplates sold within the last year.
Pros: QuietEfficientLow tempsEasy Installsolid build quality, no leaksno weight stress on motherboard Comment:
Great cooler, it offers small taste of the potentials of water cooling without all the work and possible risk. 2 fan t 900-1200rpm pushing keep my Amd Phenom x6 1055t t idle:68w/18c 100% load on all cores prime95 141w/49c. +/-5%.It doesn't come with a Amd backplate so you'll want to make sure you have a older am2 or early am3 backplate as Amd slightly changed the newer backplates causing a issue with the screws.Installing is easier if your case motherboard tray has a backplate cutout. |
I picked it and price compared it, got home and installed it right away with Arctic Cooling MX4 thermal paste, what a difference. I have nothing bad to say about the Eco C240 just simply amazing This review was modfied by poster @ 09-26-11 07:28 AM
