Cons:fans is a little noisy

Pros:Hold Down Retention Kit mad it possable to get a newer system & use a great cooler

Comment:
This retention mechanism kit includes a LGA-1156 backplate and top plate with spring loaded screws fixed to the top plate.It's all you need to move to the newer mainboards.

Comment:
The coolit socket adaptor have always been good. the screws and the backplate are well built and are easy to install. Coolit support is great, altough I would not suggest buying coolit product for quad core CPU if you want an heavy overclock (read 4 ghz +)
