Corsair Air Series AF120 Performance Edition 120MM 1650RPM 63.47CFM 30DBA Airflow Fan Dual Pack
Cons:Static pressure is not as high as rated for radiator use.LOUDEST fan I have ever used.
Pros:Moves a decent amount of air. Comment:
It seems that Corsair continues to take the title of loudest vans vs. RPM still. I thought these would be different. Got 2 of these, one is very loud, and the other makes brutal noise. I know that 1600rpm you should not expect quiet fans, but this is just insane.I have had 2000+ rpm fans that literally are half the noise. NEVER buying Corsair fans again, should have learned my lesson the first time. Gelid Wind LED fans still win, very quiet, and cool better in a radiator by 5 degrees Celsius. |

Corsair Air Series AF120 Performance Edition 120MM 1650RPM 63.47CFM 30DBA Airflow Fan Dual Pack
Cons:packaging is a bit over the top(a brown box would have done it for me) cost could also reduced this way.
Pros:Suprisingly quiet for a "performance fan"pushes more than enough air aroundcan change the colour rings to match your themeblack 3 pin cablerubber isolators thingys in the cornerscomes with black screws Comment:
I am supprised by these fans they push enough air to be usefull when undervolted and dont complain about being run at 5 or 7 volts. In fact I noticed no strange noises from the motor when testing them on an analog fan controler. These corsair fans are pretty much what I will be using in any builds I do for myself or others as I get to pick quiet or performance, airflow or pressure. |
Fans look great, good airflow and interchangeable colors.
