Corsair Professional HX750W 750W ATX 12V 62A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 140mm Fan
Cons:not a 80 plus gold
Pros:Cheaper than any other places Comment:
Great deal, not worth to pay extra $40-$50 for a 80 plus gold when the efficiency is only 1-2% off at max load |

Corsair Professional HX750W 750W ATX 12V 62A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 140mm Fan
Cons:higher price but you usually get what you pay for
Pros:Flat and long modular cables7 year warrantysupport for 2 video cards80 plus silver ratingNo operating smell to date Comment:
Really like the flat modular cables for better case airflow and cable management. The semi-modular design and future expandability is perfect for me. No operating smell like some cheap power supplies. |
Not much to say here, the Corsair Professional line of power supplies have an excellent reputation of quality and performance. It's very efficient (80 Plus Gold). It has all the cables I'll ever need and comes with 2 bags for storing them. It comes with 4 pci-e cables and I'm using only one with a Radeon HD 7850. It looks different from the picture, I wish it didn't. 750W is a little overkill for my new PC but it was on sale and cheaper than HX650. I have the HX620 on my previous PC and I've come to like the modular design for better cable management. It's even less expensive than the HX620 I bought 5 years ago.
