I would actually give this 0 stars if I could. I did not receive a recertified mouse, I received a broken mouse in a recertified box. The mouse wheel did not work and I did not want to pay for RMA shipping, so I have tried to repair it.The previous owner must have raged on it, because the pin that goes through the mouse wheel was bent, so the wheel wouldn't turn properly.I bent the pin back, but I am not sure how long it will last.Mouse is nice though, just the one I received is junk.
