I picked up 32 GB of these bad boys. I use my PC for gaming. I read from multiple sites that 32 GB of RAM is pointless for gaming and that there is no advantage to 2400 mhz. I decided to try it out anyways and my 3D Mark Firestrike score jumped 1000 points! Well worth the investment. My system is a 4790K on an Asus Maximus Hero VII, RAM is perfectly compatible with the XMP setting. Took my less than 5 mins to install and configure. Stop reading and buy them! |

It was a good Price for 16 GB, Lucked out that it was gold to go with my ASUS Z97-Deluxe (SKU 97019) It is Faster than regular (1600) so it handles my O/C just fine.I may get another set once I can convince the Spousal overuint to let loose the purse strings again. (or there is a good sale).That would bring my system up to the 32GB max. I am very happy with them |
High speed ram isnt all that useful but these kits will do the job
