Appears like Corsair Dominator...Quick...Comes with Fan...Exceptional Price for this memory Set. Worked great for a single complete day then began possessing intermittent and random issues. Example: Recognized only 4GB - Rebooted then all 24GB recognized. Failure - errors located with memtest, etc. The Newegg Customer Service Rep that I spoke with was really helpful, gave me an RMA and provided to replace the RAM for me. Sadly, I have a Video Editing Machine sitting idle; could not afford the danger and turnaround time. I have employed and trusted Corsair RAM for a lengthy time; have an older set (Dominator 800) operating in an additional machine flawlessly. This RAM performs good in my Rampage III formula/i7-980x develop.However after enabling the XMP profile, I also had to improve my REF Cycle Time (tRFC) to 88 to get it to post (thanks to a tip from an additional user on the Asus forums).This ram has been working fantastic ever because and has performed well in anxiety-tests. Corsair tends to make prime good quality items and this ram is no exception. The cost of this ram has dropped very a bit lately generating this an easy decision over comparable offerings. Whilst DDR3-1333 with my MB/CPU performs without any overclocking, the Intel i7 900 series processors natively only assistance a max. DDR3 1066 and any point more than DDR3 1333 needs customers to overclock. For most this will possibly only require the XMP profile to be set (turned on in bios). Worked good out of the box with the XMP profile, runs at the specified speed. Tested with Memtest, passed with flying colors! No concerns, an additional excellent solution from Corsair! None I did not use the fan, it was a bit difficult to attach and did not seriously need to have it since my case has very fantastic air movement.

Good seeking package and fan is a good touch Didnt work out of the box at additional than 12 G and technique would not even boot reliably as 12 G. Corsair's customer service is a joke. All carried out by e-mail...waited three days for an answer to problems with no reply. Not much to add to 24 gb or solid ram, I havent gotten around to overclocking the ram just yet but so far I have had no need to. This ram has been able to handle each thing that I have thrown at it so far with no issues. Trust me I pushed as hard as I could, downloading 50gb of games from the net absolutely utilized up my highspeed net bandwith, Even though watching a movie, with pandora radio playing in the back ground and to put icing on the cake decided to run the heaven benchmark test with every single thing else running.
